You want to feel confident you're giving your baby exactly what they need, not second-guessing every decision you make

You want to feel confident you're giving your baby exactly what they need, not second-guessing every decision you make..

Learn the simple daily rhythm that shows you when to step in and when to step out to support both your baby's development and your bond in the first year.

From a teacher & Montessori early childhood educator of 10+ years, mom

What other moms had to say:

If knowing what your baby actually needs from you has felt overwhelming or harder than it should...

You're not imagining it. You're drowning in information that makes you:

  • Second-guess whether you're doing enough one moment or too much the next

  • Feel guilty any time you aren't doing something for your baby's care or learning

  • Turn your casual Instagram scroll into a mental list of all the things you aren't doing

  • Feel like you can't enjoy time with your baby as much as you want to

  • Worry you're missing something important you can never get back

Your baby's development isn't complicated. The noise around it is.

Research shows babies learn best in two key ways: through a responsive, connected, relationship with you and the freedom to explore (aka play independently).

Imagine not feeling behind when you scroll Instagram because you're already doing exactly what supports your baby's development during connection time.

Imagine relaxing with your coffee while your baby plays nearby because you know all the amazing things they are learning from the world around them.

Imagine trusting yourself because you finally understand what's actually important and can filter out the rest.

That's what Baby-Led Play is all about. And the 10 Days to Baby-Led Play Challenge is how you get there.

Hi there! I'm Alexis.

I'm a mom and former teacher of 10 years who helps new parents support their baby's development more by doing less through the intentional rhythm of baby-led play.

When my son Wyatt was born, I quickly saw that the same damaging “more is more" myth I’d experienced in education was alive and well in parenting too: that more teaching, more activities, and more engagement is somehow better.

But the truth? Research shows young children learn best through responsive relationships and their own-self directed exploration- not constant engagement or stimulation.

I'm tired of watching kids and adults struggle because of this myth. With Baby-Led Play, I'll show you how to confidently support your baby’s development and your relationship in a way that is actually better for everyone in the family.

XOXO- Alexis

Frequently Asked Questions

What age baby is this for?

Best for parents of babies 0-12 months.

The content goes up to 18 months so if you are on the edge of that range you can still join!

What is the time commitment for this challenge?

The challenge takes place over 10 days, with one 15-20 minute lesson or action to take per day (except for the live kickoff call on Day 1 which runs 45-60 min).

All live calls are recorded and replays added to your portal.

What if I don't finish everything during the challenge?

You have lifetime access to the content and can go as fast or as slow as you want... so technically it could take 1 day or 14!

You'll probably hear from me if it takes longer because I want to get you RESULTS.

Why 10 days?

I want to get you results fast, but I also want to respect that a million things come up every day in parenting.

10 days seems to a sweet spot for getting every mom to the outcome without feeling like you have to hustle.

But if you're baby is an epic sleeper or loves long walks... you may do it faster!

What's the schedule for the 10 Days?

Day 2: Learn how to make the most of the PLAY Club

Day 3: Learn how to tweak your home to support your baby's learning and independent play at every stage

Day 4: Implementation day- make home tweaks and see how it impacts your baby!

Day 5: Learn the most important thing for unlocking your baby's independent play!

Day 6: Learn how to step out and when to step in during independent play

Day 7: Implementation day- Try the full rhythm of baby-led play!

Day 8: Learn how to adapt to different challenges

Day 9: Discover the simple things you can do to support language, movement & social-emotional development during connection time at your baby's current stage of development.

Day 10: Learn how to adapt as your baby moves into new stages of development and how to get ongoing support in the PLAY Club.

Why is the PLAY Club included for free?

The PLAY Club is just getting started and I want your help in building it into an amazing and supportive space for new moms!

Do I need any special equipment or toys?

If you have a baby 0-6 months old, a Play Gym is very helpful. You can often find them on used marketplaces.

Other than that- nope! I have recommendations for types of toys, but in general there are not specific ones you need.

How do I access everything?

You'll have challenge emails that give you the link right to our PLAY Club platform. You'll learn how to set up the platform as an "app" on your phone's homescreen for easy access.

Inside the platform you'll have a tab to access the lessons and a tab to access the community thread where you can post reflections and questions.

Our live calls take place on Google Meet and links are provided in the Events tab of the community and your emails.

After the challenge you'll find all the info in the same platform, and be added to the weekly PLAY Club newsletter.

Is this evidence-based?
